Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products are eligible for return/exchange only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Replacement Policy (Checked Product Exchange)

We now offer a hassle-free replacement process to ensure you receive the best quality:

  • Once your replacement request is approved, our team will inspect and verify a new product before dispatch.

  • The rider will deliver the new checked product to your address.

  • At the time of delivery, the rider will collect the defective product and hand over the new checked product to you — ensuring a smooth and reliable exchange.

Note: The replacement will only be processed once the returned item is confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Policy

If you choose not to accept a replacement, you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Items Not Eligible for Return & Replacement

We cannot accept claims for:

  • Used, altered, or customer-damaged items.

  • Hygiene-related accessories (e.g., ear tips, earbuds covers).

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Return & Replacement Shipping Cost

  • If the error is ours (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return and replacement shipping cost.

  • If the issue is on the customer’s end (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer will bear the return shipping.

If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once received.
